Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the LOVOICE mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service is provided for personal use only. You must use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device is compatible with the Service and that you have access to the internet required to use it.

2. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the application, source code, design, user interface, trademarks, logos, and related materials, are owned by LOVOICE or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service, such as text, audio, voice recordings, images, or videos.

By using the Service, you grant LOVOICE a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and providing requested features.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to upload and use any content and that your content does not infringe the rights of third parties.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

The Service may offer optional paid subscriptions or in-app purchases that provide access to additional features or content.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and policies. We do not control Apple’s billing processes.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

5. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service, using the Service for unlawful purposes, or uploading content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties or representations that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of defects, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOVOICE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information.
