What personal information do we collect from you?

We collect information in three ways: Information You Provide, Automatically Collected Information, and Information from Other Sources.

Information you provide

User Content
We may collect the content you create or submit through the Service, such as AI-generated music, cover songs, lyrics, audio or voice recordings, images, videos, video clips, and the associated metadata (for example, creation time and selected settings). Even if you are not a registered user, information about you may appear in content created or uploaded by users.

Surveys, Research, and Promotions
We may collect information you provide if you choose to participate in a survey, research, promotion, contest, marketing campaign, or event conducted or sponsored by us.

Automatically Collected Information

Technical Information
When you access the Service, we may collect certain device and network information, including device model, operating system, app version, IP address, system language, and similar technical identifiers. We also collect diagnostic and performance information such as crash reports and performance logs.

Usage Information
We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, session duration, frequency of use, and in-app settings.

Content Processing Information
To provide core functionality such as AI music, voice, image, or video generation, we may process user-submitted content including audio, images, video, or text contained in User Content. This processing is performed solely to operate the Service and deliver requested features.

Important notice about face, voice, and video data

LOVOICE does not use User Content for identity verification, biometric identification, facial recognition, or surveillance purposes. We do not attempt to identify users or individuals from images, voice recordings, videos, or other uploaded media.

How we use information

We use collected information to provide, operate, and maintain the Service, to process user requests and generate requested content, to improve functionality and performance, to detect and prevent abuse or technical issues, and to provide customer support.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or AI processing infrastructure. We may also share information with Apple and payment-related partners as necessary to provide subscriptions, purchases, and handle refunds or disputes in accordance with Apple’s policies. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the Service.

We take reasonable measures to help protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
